A-Post shipping flat rate: CHF 6.90 per order (incl. 8.1% VAT)
International shipping rates depend on the destination couuntry and will be calculated according to the acutal shipping costs after the ordering process.
Order for pickup: Free of charge
Free shipping from an order value of CHF 75 (only Switzerland)
The prices stated on the product pages include statutory VAT and other price components.
Products containing CBD or THC can only be delivered within Switzerland.
Shipping is by Swiss Post or DHL.
Delivery time 1-3 working days (depending on availability). The delivery time may vary for certain products and take 7 – 14 working days (e.g. for handmade products such as ROOR, which are only made individually after the order is placed); certain products can only be ordered for collection (e.g. Rosin presses) and can be collected from our shop at Zähringerstrasse 13, 8001 Zurich.
If your order includes goods whose sale is subject to age restrictions, we use a reliable process that includes a personal identity and age check to ensure that the customer has reached the required minimum age. The deliverer hands over the goods only after the age has been checked and only to the customer personally.
