Qaroma XL vApplies a 30mm, clockwise, 5 wrap heating coil to turn Qaroma into a full-fledged aromatherapy flavor beast! This is definitely not for the faint of heart.

Qaroma XL uses around 500 pieces of 3mm rubies in its gemstone chamber. It’s next to impossible to overwhelm the Qaroma XL. Perfect for individual, group sessions or special occasions. Qaroma XL has possibly one of the largest capacities on the market. As always, our Qaroma and Qaroma XL heaters have 100% metal-free airways.

Qaroma XL offers more than 3 times the surface area and thermal mass compared to a normal Qaroma heater. This makes Qaroma XL even harder while offering the signature premium Qaroma taste.

Note: Qaroma XL only applies to Dead on Arrival (DOA) cases reported within 24 hours of receipt with supporting evidence. Please take care of your quartz products.

Qaroma XL has an elevated level in its design to better stabilize and provide better coil contact. As such, it is only compatible with 30mm, 5 windings, clockwise coils.

The built-in gemstone chamber serves as airflow control and for better heat storage/recovery due to the increased total mass. You can add or mix aroma beads and/or columns in different colors and sizes, for endless combinations and possibilities. We currently only offer 3mm Ruby Aroma Pearls.

Qaroma XL is not designed for use with an empty gemstone chamber. Do not try to overfill the gemstone chamber.

Do not modify or use modified/incompatible coils on Qaroma. For reference, our coil pinout is:

Coil (5-pin XLR connector) PIN 1 = TC-, PIN 2 = TC+, PIN 3 = GND, PIN 4 = AC-, PIN 5 = AC+

Note: If you leave the heater on for a long time, the Qaroma stand will feel like it’s touching a bowl of hot soup. However, it is safe to touch for a few seconds.

NOTE: We recommend placing the Qaroma XL sideways / diagonally on our porcelain stands. This is especially important if your Qaroma XL joint fits firmly into the inner shell. Expansion during heating could break either the inner cup or the Qaroma XL joint. Please use with caution.

Due to its standard laboratory glassware sizes, the Qaroma XL is very easy to adapt to your needs. There really is no hard and fast way to use the Qaroma XL.
