Each bag is made from 100% food-grade nylon mesh, free from dyes and constructed to handle repeated sessions through washing and reuse.
The 25 micron rating delivers very high filtration, making this the go-to choice for dry sift, bubble hash, and similar fine-particle starting material where clean separation matters. A custom seam design reinforces the bag structure to contain fine particles and guard against blowouts, even when running the bag near its upper capacity.
Each bag holds between 30 and 40 grams of material comfortably. The recommended working window sits between 1000 and 1500 psi of pressure and 180 to 240°F (82–115°C), keeping temperatures well below the nylon’s roughly 430°F (220°C) melting point for a built-in safety margin. Bags arrive turned inside out, ready to load for maximum yield straight from the pack.
