Rosin Evolution – Rosin Screen Bags – 25 micron (2″ x 3″)

These 25 micron press bags cover the highest filtration level available in the Rosin Evolution nylon mesh range. Each bag is cut to 2 by 3 inches and engineered for users working with dry sift, bubble hash, or any ultra-fine material where keeping particles out of the final rosin is non-negotiable.

The mesh is 100% nylon, food-grade, and dye-free. It holds up to repeated use: the bags are fully washable, reusable, and built to cope with both heat and mechanical pressure. A custom seam construction runs through each unit designed specifically to stop fine particles from escaping and to reduce the risk of blowouts under load.

Each bag comfortably holds between 10 and 15 grams of material. A pressure window of 1000–1500 psi paired with temperatures in the 180–240°F (82–115°C) range is recommended to get the best results without pushing the material too hard. The nylon itself withstands up to approximately 430°F (220°C) before melting, giving a meaningful safety buffer above normal pressing temperatures. The bags arrive turned inside out, ready to load straight away for maximum yield.
